She surveyed free-trial customers, internal sales teams, and Business Partners, then translated the findings into a simpler entry price, support for the top three non-IBM vendors, clearer compensation enablement, and better partner incentives.
Jenny helped design the CDP for Files product and its alpha predecessors, opening IBM’s backup and restore portfolio to smaller customers and creating a new route to market.
She reduced proof-of-concept effort from weeks to days with a downloadable virtual-machine image, improved customer-response work to company SLAs, and created a faster handoff between IBM’s Taipei and US teams.
